Since I'm probably going to have to explain this at some time or another during my stay here, I may as well give you a brief rundown;
This state awareness in which we currently exist, is comprised of three layers.
1-Life:
Now: Perceived by you.
Space separates physical objects and time separates experiences as perceived by the individual.
2a-The Collective Subconscious (or "Hell")
This is the world in which we dream while sleeping and wander after Life. Actions in Life have extreme consequences here.
Think of Life as a desert and each of us as a grain of sand. Now think of The Collective Subconscious as a huge ocean of individual "awareness'". The slightest ripple can send shock-waves for miles...
In this world, you exist as what ancient egyptians referred to as the "Ka", a kind of of spirit shadow. Your level of awareness here is based on what you learn and do in Life.
It's job is to carry your Shard of the Singularity through Life (storing and processing information) until it is pure enough to reunite with The Singularity.
The Ka is more mental than physical, but as mentioned before; is tied to vices and dependancies acquired in Life.
The Ka experiences space, but not time.
2b-The City (a small region within The Collective Subconscious)
The City is inhabited by various Ka, tied together by common experiences, vice, love and all other forms of desire or physical dependancies in life.
Some of these entities are dead to us. Some are only dreaming.
The closer the attachment to something specifically physical, the closer in awareness the Ka will be to each other.
The City is the place in Hell where I live when I sleep and will go when I die. (That is, if I don't complete the necessary actions required to cleanse my Shard).
The City is dark. Feels almost post apocalyptic. There is no sun. The sky is red and purple. The air is thick. Most of the time it's really dirty.
You must be careful. People here are not bound by social inhibitions or fear of jail. We only can only do what we think is right, and hope others will do the same. It is easy to see someone's true intentions here.
In Life, I summoned Death. Upon my foolish request. He showed me "the afterLife". After I went home, it stayed with me.
As a consequence of acquiring this awareness, I am now living two realities at once; Life and Hell.
I slip back and forth at random intervals, trying to find a way out: Trying to find my way back to the singularity.
3-The Shard
What is often referred to as the "soul". Your piece of The Singularity, in the process of rejoining The Singularity.
We achieve this through our thoughts and actions in the here and beyond.

Are your songs stupid?
You should possibly re-evaluate the relevancy of your ROCK band if you have ever:
-Used the word "baby" when referring to a member of the opposite sex
-Written a song about cheating on your girlfriend
-Written a song about your girlfriend cheating on you
-Recorded a song in studio and shouted rock slogans to an audience who are not present ("Let's get goin'", "Clap those hands", "Rock out", "C'mon", etc...)
-Used a saxaphone or tambourine or cowbell… Continue

Stephen Harper's Canada
It's disgusting how the new conservative government here in Canada treats women.
They love to regulate what women can and can't do with their own bodies. (i.e when you're allowed to have sex, what substances you can put in your body, when you should be working or staying at home with the kids, when you should move back in with your abusive parent/spouse). Yet they seem oblivious to the growing number of crimes commited against women in Canada! (Toronto is a disgrace and I won't even go into… Continue

The new music industry
It's funny when we think about the record industry. Everyone knows it's
not like it was in the 80s and 90s. Does anyone even buy CDs anymore?
90% the people I know download their music (illegaly).
Bands have accepted this and moved on. Music is just a promotional tool used to sell merch and concert tickets.
