My wife has me house trained, I am no longer scratching the sofa or weeing on the carpet, that I can safely leave to Justice our silky haired terrier. Poor little mutt is scared of everything including the neighbourhoods wandering cat. I too have been chased by the local dogs, of which every other house seems to either own some slavering beast or breeds them. Adverts = every half hour they are interrupted for two minutes by programmes on TV.
Biscuits = scones. Only here in the States, unlike in the heart of Dorsets' New Forest, they're not served by little old ladies to tourists in quaint Tudor tea rooms with strawberries and cream, on fine bone china with doilies and hot milky tea, but with gravy. Yes that's right gravy....weird!
