'No Sign Of Morning' finds dynamic duo Moonshot is supreme form with this darkly commercial offering.

'No Sign Of Morning' is a superb example of electronically biased music; no exactly as commercial as The Pet Shop Boys rather, much more 'underground' but equally invigorating. Where the aforementioned specialised in high profile pop sensibility, Moonshot fly at a much lower musical altitude - very mature writing, stunning musicianship but distinctly more experimentally grounded.

With their charmingly breathy and easy vocal delivery, Moonshot feel somehow relaxed and hypnotically poised. Their use of mainly 'keyboard' instrumentation infused with subtle guitars ensures a soft centred but cutting edge sound. Stunningly balanced and supremely assembled, 'No Sign Of Morning' is aural testimony to Moonshot's precision and vision. Mixed and produced to perfection, 'No Sign Of Morning' opens itself up quite beautifully to allow each component part to be heard and enjoyed just as intended - quality stuff indeed! Occasional additional female vocals add depth and sensuality to Moonshot's already impressive armoury of attack. Simplistic percussive backdrops enhance rather than drive allowing room for the 'boys' to explore and finely hone their wonderfully 'descriptive' 'keyboard' work. It really is quite beautifully done! To highlight any individual tracks would be totally wrong and quite futile; 'No Sign Of Morning' is enticingly magical in its entirety!

From the Voide dictionary: Humachine - erases the borders of humanity and machine existence, merges them to into one unit and the result is a composite of contradictionary operators in a biomechanical structure. One could argue that this is bad, another that it is good - the only thing that is for sure is that it raises more questions than it answers. Feb 2009 : Lady Venom

I've had a listen to the previews of this album, and it sounds awesome, each track has its own style from tribal house, right through to banging gabba, well worth a listen, and well worth the asking price !!
