4pm til 6pm (Mountain Time - US/Canada) [GMT - 07.00Hours]
5pm til 7pm (Central Time - US/Canada) [GMT - 06.00Hours]
6pm til 8pm (Eastern Time- US/Canada) [GMT - 05.00Hours]
9am til 11am (Melbourne) [GMT + 10.00Hours] (that would make it friday morning wouldn't it?).

I don't really pick people from the scrub records, as I prefer a more personal approach, and to actually speak to the artists rather than lift their music off the records, but if you wish airplay other than on my show, by all means sign up to scrub records x
